• Applicant must be an active and legal business entity (Enterprise or Sdn.Bhd.) i.e. company registration number must be provided.
• Applicant must provide ROC related documents: Form 24 or Form 49 (whichever relevant).
• Is a local non-ICT SME. (Smidec SME Requirement)
• Does not have any website prior to subscribing to the MSC Anchor Project e-enablement program.
• Has product and services that can be offered via the internet.

• Client must provide own content and images.
• Client must provide us the information about:
  • company's profile
  • management team
  • product and services
  • promotion, news/events
  • terms and condition for payment methods (How your customers pay for the product/services)
• All application are subject to approval by MSC E-business Anchor Project. Their decision
  is final.
